Meg King, Instructor

Meg fell in love with yarn at an early age.  Finally, when she was seven her mother taught her to crochet, then when she was 15 her mother taught her to knit.  This was in the 1950s and 1960s respectfully and knitting has always been a part of her life.  Knitting is great for unwinding from stressful jobs and life situations.  It is portable.  You can take it with you when you are traveling.  You can knit in the car or on the couch.  All of Meg's children and grandchildren and many of her friends have hand knitted, sweaters, vests, sox and definitely ear warmers to keep them warm in the winter.  Beginning Knitting
